Was suspecting a nest; he is too close and insistent. Funny, as the osprey is oblivious, totally intent on the prospect of fish. Have seen this kind of thing often in my nature walking days… blackbirds harassing small hawks or even crows, crows harassing redtaileds, and so on. A nice moment. Their front story our back story. 🙂
There was actual no harassing which really surprises me. Below them was a heron I had been watching. Aren’t we all fishing for something? I love these moments. Thank you so much for your comments.

A crow harassing an osprey, has to be water nearby.

Yes, right beneath the branch. The crow has a nest nearby too. There’s always a back story.
